With 40+ years of experience, knowledge, relationships and know how dealing with all types of real estate and financing, I represent a formidable resource to help assist my clients with their real estate and finance needs. While attending U.C. Davis I attained a Bachelor of Science Economics degree and I am immersed daily in following most all U.S. and international markets, especially the bonds markets, as they are so important to finance interest rates here in the United States.      

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate and mortgage professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

I put my clients needs and goals first by keeping myself accessible, listening and astutely hearing what their aspirations are and then applying all of my skills and experience to bear on their behalf. I possess a strong work ethic, am a good communicator and respond quickly to their needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
